2. The main objective of the mission is to hire a consultant with different skills to support the maintenance of the current SAP BW, provide assistance during the migration to the new SAPBW4HANA data warehouse and the implementation of new dashboards/reports for all Business areas of the Bank.
The assignment includes all necessary activities from extracting, transforming and loading data from source systems, managing all objects in the corporate data warehouse, and analyzing the best way to provide the Operational reporting and Manager’s dashboards with the new SAP BI/BO reporting/visualization tools.
The consultant’s duties will include the following:
• Prepare requirement and analysis document of the solution with the list and description of BW objects, the target data model, data mapping sources and target, star model, data load process, reports and graph description.
• Develop detailed planning for process implementation.
• Define detailed blueprint for solution development and create test cases.
• Extract complementary data from SAP or others data sources to populate SAP BW4HANA.
• Develop all related objects and Assure quality of process models.
• Coach or assist others on BW4HANA Subject Platform.
• Train key users to familiarize with BW/4HANA reporting.
• Presenting dashboard in SAP Portal, OBIEE or SharePoint and mobile devices.
• Enable mobile device support in SAP BW Portal (this a key point).
3. The Corporate Information Technology Services Department (CHIS) invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating
their ability to undertake this Assignment (CV, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.).
4. The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedures shall be in conformity with the Bank’s procedures for the acquisition of consulting services funded by the administrative or capital expenditure. Please, note that interest expressed by a Consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include him/her in the shortlist.
5. The estimated duration of services is twelve (12) months renewable and the estimated starting date is 02nd July, 2018.

7. Expressions of interest must be received by email at the address below no later than Tuesday, 22nd May, 2018 at 17:00 hours, Abidjan local time and specifically mentioning “SAP BW Consultant”.

8. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SHORT LIST
A shortlist of three to six individual consultants will be established at the end the request of expressions of interest. The consultants on the shortlist will be judged on the following criteria on the basis of their updated resume.
i. Level of education in general 20%
ii. Educational level compared to the field of mission 20%
iii. Years of experience in general 20%
iv. Number of years of experience relevant to the mission 40%
