Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved the Technical assistance project TA-9371: MON:
“Developing an Information System for Development Policy and Planning Project” (51136-001) on 8
September 2017. The executing agency for the project is the National Development Agency (NDA). The
project outputs include integrated database software platform created and government staff capacity
in use and maintenance of database enhanced.
The main objective is to develop a web-based database platform or the “Development Policy and
Planning information system” that will support daily tasks of sectorial, local and national policy
makers through information technology advancement. And provide capacity development activities for
the key users of the system.
