TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO SRAS 3.0 REVAMPING PROJECT

(i)    Contribute to the technical and functional maintenance of the budget planning software and testing.

(ii)  Assist client departments during budget preparation process

(iii) Produce standard reports, ad hoc analysis and design tools for a smooth monitoring of budget submissions

(iv) Assist in data generation for the new SRAS configuration

(v)  Data analysis and report production for the budget document

The African Development Bank invites Individual Consultants to express their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this assignment. Specifically, the Consultant must provide an up to date Curriculum Vitae and submitting information indicating his/her qualifications to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.).

The individual Consultant will be expected to show specific experience and excellent knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio programming or Visual Basic 6 or higher, Excel and SQL Server.

1. Eligibility

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procedures for the Procurement of and Use of Consulting Services Funded by the Administrative or Capital Budget of the Bank Group. Please note that the African Development Bank Group is under no obligation to shortlist any consultant who expresses interest.

III. DURATION

The duration of the assignment will be six (6) months commencing from 15th July 2018. The location will be Abidjan.

1. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SHORT LIST

A shortlist of three to six individual consultants will be established at the end the request of expressions of interest. The expressions of interest shall be evaluated based on the following criteria.
